Stunning ornate Victorian ladies panel belt with unusual griffin design and green stones

Here is s beautiful Victorian/ Art Nouveau ladies belt. It is set with green rhinestones and has green silk ribbon threaded through the links. The smaller panels feature a pattern of two griffins with flowers. Griffins were widely used in Victorian Jewellery to symbolise strength. This belt truly is of museum quality. It measures a length of 26”. The belt is 1” wise and the belt buckle is 3 inches. This remains in excellent condition with no damage. The ribbon has disintegrated from age.
